Family -Tides was designed and  built with the philosophy that  everyone needs time away from day-to-day work and responsibilities. It's a place to laugh, play and regroup. A place where you can relax and forget your daily responsibilities and troubles.
Family-Tides offers you a place to relax, breath in the gulf breeze and listen to the calming sounds of the waves. Sit on the spacious deck and take in a beautiful sunrise, a breathtaking sunset and the awesome feeling of star gazing. So you all come on down, bring family and friends and have yourself a Texas style good-time. We know you'll want to come again and again...everyone does!!!

Amenities, Rules and Such:
The house has three bedrooms. All beds will have bed spreads for your use, but if you prefer, bring your own blankets. Also bring your own pillows. The master and front bedroom have queen sized beds. The master bedroom also has a pull out single bed located underneith the bed. The back bed-room has one full size bed and one set of bunk beds. The house has central air with ceiling fans in all of the rooms. There are two full bathrooms and one enclosed shower located underneith the house. The living room is equipped with a TV, stereo system, cable and a DVD player. There are also speakers in the living room and on the deck, so bring your favorite tunes. Blender, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, coffe pot are all available for your use.

Please, no pets allowed and NO SMOKING in house or on the deck.  If you must smoke, please smoke in the drive- way only and remember to throw out your butts. Leave the house in the same condition as you found it so everyone else can enjoy the house and so as not to have to pay the cleaning fee. Vacuumns, broom, mop and cleaning products will be provided. The floors are wood, so please remove heels or shoes that may scratch floors. Please do not take lounge chairs to beach.

Fees, Deposits and Miscellanious:
An additional cleaning fee of $75. will be charged unless you elect to clean the house yourself.  Payment plus damage ($250.) and cleaning deposits are due in full 2 days before your arrival. Damage and cleaning deposits will be refunded 1 week following your stay, minus any damage or cleaning fee. A short damage contract will be sent to you 1 week prior to your stay, as the $250. does not include any major damage.

Items You Will Need to Bring With You:
Charcoal and lighter fluid for the BBQ, dish towels, paper towels, plastic trash bags;  LINENS: pillows, personal towels (facial, bath, wash, beach);  IF USING ALL BEDS: two sets of queen size sheets, one set of full size sheets, three sets of single or twin sheets and pillows;  TOILETRIES: toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, and any other personal items you might require.
No food items, drinks, cooking items or plastic food containers will be provided for your use. We keep these items at the house for our use only. Your respect of this request is appreciated.
